Yeah...I understood what you were addressing. If innocents die outside of the proof of reasonable response, then there ought to be appropriate sanction. Flying back from Vegas I started thinking about 911. I thought about f-cking Allah and f-cking Yahweh, and all the f-cking special interest racial or cultural groups who wave a religious or political flag...whichever has more power. And I thought about the technology that made that plane fly 7 miles off the ground while millions of morons dreamed of virgins or apple trees to pleasure their "spirits". Give the pilots a gun.
