IC, Personally, I wouldn't trust Qadhafi as far as I could throw him. He brought the sanctions on himself by attacking American planes without provocation. If sanctions are removed, and he could wheel, and deal, as in the past, the first thing I think he would do is begin to build a military for the express purpose of engaging in war, or terrorism, against the US. His offer may sound good on the surface, but when you scrape the sand off of it, you would probably find a snake in the hole. I favor keeping him bare assed, and hiding in his tent.
