Fantastic, and so obvious it's shame the bozo's can't start it in motion. I really believe a program ala like we had to bring electricity to every American should be in place and running by now. Joe L is becoming more and more impressive as voice to be listen to in Washington. I also believe the tech sector and the USA for the matter, would not be in as bad shape as it is in now, if we did have a nation broadband policy in place during the pres. run or right after the election. b
