Good advice is a hard master. But an ultimate kindness. I have said numerous times that I regret what happened. I continue to regret the rending of the fabric of congeniality here, for which I certainly bear a significant share of teh responsibility. I will try hard not to initite the re-inflaming of any wounds. But I'm not sure I'm up to allowing people to cotinue to take free potshots without any responses. That may be a harder path than I am able to tread. We'll see. But we have seen too often in the world the damage that can be done by ignoring evil thinking it will go away of its own accord. I hope others will also read your advice and follow it. It's time for some quiet on this whole issue. You know that, I know that, now we'll see whether other see it also.
