Party, as you know, these so-called self-appointed "gurus" create their online personnas and call attention to themselves. IMO, this is to create an aura so that their sheep will trade as a pack after them.

Then they allegedly cross lines, whether that is as claimed in the criminal complaint, or leak stories after associates trade, etc.

Then when they are succesful, they repeatedly bash those who were on the other side even if the particular long was a small part of a mixed portfolio.

What amazes me is that this display of ego by the BrownFingered BottomShorters et als., ultimately has led to their undoing. If they are doing this type of stuff, why call more attention to themselves?

Take your money and be quiet. It's not right, but in all likelihood, they would have gotten away with all their scams. They lucked out by being short in the worst bear market in decades. They weren't satisfied. They had to pretend that they were "better." In fact, anyone could make money with inside information. Further, by rubbing the wrong faces in the dirt, they have all been brought down to where they belong, and that is the dunghole.

Frankly I don't give much of a shift whether he's

guilty or innocent. What I would just love however
would be for the garbage pretending to "regulate"
this mess to provide something called A LEVEL PLAYING
FIELD. Usually when you pretend to have something
called "a system of law and justice" you also pretend
to have something called "due process of law". And you
definitely DON'T have "LAW ENFORCEMENT" wiping their
arses on the constitution and bill of rights.

The Fed, the SEC garbage and other garbage the Govt.
has in charge of looking after the interests of the mob
are in the process of destroying the stock market and
economy.
