"Thats just a plain wrong comment by Merril Pimp. It assumes they continue to reserve 7% per quarter and make no further sales this year. 7% x 4 quarters = 28% around a quarter of recievables?" I don't think he is saying that. What he is saying is that that number will be carried forward and keep an eye out incase it builds. I think he is just indicating that it is historically high and should be watched. Comparing to quarterly sales just puts the number into context of what one may understand. Joe
