Hi Tim,

that article that I wrote and the one that I referenced were both from the end of last summer. Which was before the gold stocks started to move. Hence, you are very right that the market capitalization of the Gold miners is now more like 100 Billion or so. the bigger market cap companies such as NEM and ABX have obviously gone up much less on a percentage basis than the more leveraged smaller miners like HGMCY, BGO, HL, PAAS etc.

I've got a chart of Homestake and it's performance during the 1930's.

While I keep expecting a pullback in the price of gold we haven't really seen one since the recent break of $300. I thought 325 was a resistance point.

Goldman is out there today with their view that a pull back is due... but then they are structurally short gold some say.....
