That is strange. I was able to download it and play it on 2 different computer set-ups. It is about 750 kb and plays on RealVideo.

Edit:

This is what it is: the "Great Communicator" is debating the "Peanutman." In it, Reagan asks the famous "Are you better off . . ." question. It was a fair question in a debate in 1980 and I believe it will be a fair question to ask in 2004.
