Hi JT. Looks like a problem on both sides. First of all etrade should show you the time and sales report. That shows all the sales and all the changes in the bid and ask price as they happen. Second, when you saw that there was no execution you should have called and asked for a report on the trade. That`s when you should have got a confirmation. Third, you could have requested to bust the trade because of the cancel order and the late report. Etrade should have been more helpfull and the dispute should have been settled on the trade date. Looks like taking legal action is your best route at this point. Start with the Etrade and tell them that your going to file a report with the NASD. Sometimes that will get them to move on the matter. If not, file the report with the NASD. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck, Bob...

Etrade time stamp information Anybody able to get them I need them for a case from two years ago anyone to talk to there?
