Tim, you've met Jim. The man is quite intelligent. IMO, he is also quite intense when focusing on a subject/issue........ sometimes he forgets the world around him & barks at those who do not join him in focusing as intently as he does....... IMO, if he were a renowned/wealthy expert of economics he would generally be considered eccentric....... since he's just one of us, well.......

I've got to know him pretty well since he returned to the burgh. In my book he is eccentric, but often right when he locks on to a subject/issue.

That's my story & I'm sticking to it.
