Peter, "..you [Mary] are often highly accusatory and often call people criminals, con men (and I agree with your judgements), etc. prior to it being proven in a court of law...I find it peculiar that you [Mary] are “Just trying to keep an open mind until we have a verdict.." A number of people have made this point to Mary. Apparently, Mary's idea of fair play only extends to her close friends. Strangers, however, are gristle for her mill. In Mary's strange world "fair play" is for suckers and is only practiced by her when it is distinctly in her own interest to do so. I looked it up in my dictionary. It's called 'hypocrisy'! Also notice, she will not answer your post nor mine. It's a charge she can't defend therefore she won't. I find it distinctly ironic that Mary is now in a position of trying to defend and deflect bashers and Elgindy's ill-wishers by using the idea of fair play. It's usually Mary who's on the offensive bashing away indiscriminately.

Tony is the one who called them crims I call them con men, hypesters and scammers. I believe a con man and scammer is someone who lies to defraud people for profit. I do my research and I basically just post SEC documents, Pacer lawsuit dockets and independent news items. The CEO of npct was sued by the SEC three times for fraud. I personally believe he is a con man, a fraudster, liar, cheat, theif. I've never posted that the SEC won the cases against the ceo as they did not. They settled. I didn't call him a criminal. When westergaard was sued for 10b and 17b, I didn't call him a criminal either. I said he was a con man which I believe he is. I didn't say he was guilty before the suit was over. Of course he also settled "without admitting or denying guilt" as well. I make sure I don't lie as I don't want to get sued for libel. Tony had the same concerns which is why I believe his reports were very factual though he did call people CRIMs. FTR I haven't read every single report he ever sent out.
