Corrupt practices force Maharastra State in India to buy electricity it did not want from Enron. Both the Clinton team and Cheney, in particular, in Bush's team strong-armed the Indians to bend over and accept this rape. The government is complicit in Enron's criminality. I don't expect much from all the sturm und drang that we are seeing now. America is a criminal enterprise. -Ray
