Senior Executive Bios
Thomas T. Stallkamp Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining MSX International in January 2000, Tom was vice chairman of DaimlerChrysler Corporation. He also served as its president and a member of its board of management. During almost 20 years at Chrysler Corporation, he helped lead the company to new stability and growth in the uncommonly competitive automotive industry. During his tenure as president, Chrysler was the most profitable company in the auto industry.
Tom became known for developing new business processes and enhanced partnerships with the automotive supply community, thereby improving product quality and cost efficiencies. As an example, Chrysler's SCORE (Supplier Cost Reduction Effort) program was a successful, structured approach by which DaimlerChrysler's suppliers sought ways to reduce cost or to improve product or process performance for the same cost. He pioneered the development of a unique partnership approach to corporate supplier relations under Chrysler's Extended Enterprise concept.
He serves on the boards of Visteon Corporation, Kmart Corporation and Baxter International Inc. Tom is also on the board of advisors of Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and teaches at Babson College's Graduate Entrepreneurship Center.
Tom holds a bachelor's degree in industrial management and economics and a master's degree in business administration from Miami University (Ohio).

E.H. "Bill" Billig Chairman
A former president and chief operating officer of MascoTech, Bill served as chairman of Consolidated Pneumatic and group president of Chicago Pneumatic before joining MascoTech as vice president of international operations.
Bill also serves as chairman of Titan Wheel International, Inc., vice chairman of Delco Remy America, Inc., and as a board member of OEA, Inc.
Educated at Loughborough College and Oxford University, he holds a degree in mechanical engineering and did post-graduate work in hydraulics and servo mechanisms.

John W. Risk President and Chief Operating Officer, Engineering Operations
Following a 33-year career with Ford Motor Company, John joined MSX International in 1997. His career at Ford included positions such as: Program director for the U.S. Taurus/Sable program Program director for large front-wheel drive vehicles Chief engineer in advanced engineering Director at the Dunton Engineering Center in the U.K. of the small car segment Director of the B-car vehicle line, including all small car program activities in the U.S. and Europe. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan after attending Cornell and Wayne State University.

Frederick K. Minturn Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining MSX International, Fred served as vice president-controller of automotive operations for MascoTech. He was vice president of finance and administration for Creative Industries, which was acquired by MascoTech. Prior to joining Creative Industries as controller, Fred was a certified public accountant for five years.

John C. Miller Executive Vice President, Corporate Product Development and Chief Administrative Officer
John is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's three strategic growth platforms: collaborative engineering management, quality relationship management and supply chain management; and two core practices: custom communication services and human capital management services. Additionally, he has worldwide responsibility for staff administrative areas including human resources, information systems and quality.
Prior to joining MSX International in July 2001, he was executive director, product development operations at Ford Motor Company and was responsible for continuous improvement of Ford's worldwide product development operations.
John also was vice president, product planning at DaimlerChrysler where he also managed the large car platform engineering. John joined the former Chrysler Corporation in 1987 when it merged with American Motors Corporation, where he began his career in 1976.
John holds a bachelor's degree in political science and history from Western Michigan University and a master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University.

Lorne Hamilton Senior Vice President, Sales and Account Management
Lorne is responsible for developing and managing MSX International's sales and account management strategies on a worldwide basis.
Prior to this position, Lorne was vice president, sales, for business & technology services, North America. Under his leadership, the group implemented a new consultative sales process that resulted in recent sales and new business opportunities.
Before joining MSX International in July 2000 as the director of the business & technology services' training unit, Lorne held various management positions including managing director at Interim Career Consulting and president for GokeeWare Systems, a software development organization. He was also regional vice president of the Wilson Learning Corporation and held various senior management positions at Philip Crosby Associates, a management/business consulting company.
Lorne earned his bachelor's degree in transportation distribution systems/marketing from Michigan State University and completed the executive management development program at INSEAD in France.

Bruce S. Wagner Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communications
Bruce is responsible for management of the company's worldwide communications activities and ensures that consistent strategic content and uniform appearance of communication initiatives are maintained.
Previously, Bruce was vice president, worldwide marketing and communications, at ITT Automotive where he launched its global positioning program and was responsible for the company's communication and marketing initiatives worldwide.
During his years in advertising agency management, Bruce was executive vice president and a principal owner of Ross Roy Communications, an integrated marketing communications agency, where he built its international service capabilities.
Bruce began his professional career at Grey Advertising, the worlds sixth largest agency, where he became senior vice president with responsibilities in New York, Caracas and Detroit. In 1976, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Campaign '76, the advertising agency for the election of President Gerald Ford.
Bruce holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA in international business from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
