You are right, Bill. But what is needed is his own words. He is not a pariah, and except for this--he is a peer to everyone here so far as I can tell... In addition, he is perceptive...and, in my opinion, very sensitive. One of the dynamics occuring here is partiality. We are not intellectual robots. There are real people at the end of every post. Poet was the first person I ever spoke to on SI. Hearing her voice made her very real to me. She is someone I have immense respect for. Being biased is being human. I am biased. So is every other person here.
