hmmm, that gets into the whole idea of cause and effect. I believe that the POG and movement of stocks is really an "effect", not a cause. I think that the causal relationships to the POG and stocks are a little less obvious.

But then again, if it looked like tech stocks were about to take off, I would likely TTMAR my gold stocks and redeploy in techs.
