I'm just saying that I can understand why...

he would want protection in his house. I realize it was a probation violation which is breaking the law. I just don't personally believe it is enough to show that someone is a flight risk. I think if he knew about the investigation as they say and he didn't flee, then he's probably not a flight risk and should be allowed out on a larger bail without his passport so he can at least try to help defend himself.

No, I'm not on probation. My gun and ammo is legal. I don't have a criminal record, have never lost a lawsuit, am clean as they come. Quit trying to put words in my mouth and twist what I'm saying. Again, if he's guilty, he should pay. Right now he hasn't been found guilty yet you guys already are trying to hang him.

Am I the only one that is truly amazed at Mary's posts?

Mary,
For your consideration:

EIMS2000 was close to Tony and knows every single word written on the chat site. From what I can tell, he has been very vocal in the past at not only praising Tony but also mocking and intimidating posters.

What do you make of his posts on this subject since the arrest last week?

(/sarcasm off)

By the way, are the rumors true that there was at least one fund manager (and possibly more) that had access to Tony's calls before they hit the public forum?

I wonder if there was a pecking order on when and who received the information.
