Paul, please accept my apologies as well. I have a big mouth and a bad habit of opening it when I shouldn't.

By the way, I absolutely agree that concentrating on any one tool or indicator is foolish. (That's why that chart had SO MANY squiggles on it.) I guess you could call my "system" the belt & suspenders & rope & safety pin approach. First I "borrow" a stock from somebody who knows what he's doing. Then I look over the fundamentals. Then I apply my massive six weeks worth of TA knowledge. <ggg> Then I worry about it for a while. Then, sometimes, I actually buy the darn thing.

The real success comes from controlling emotions, consistency with regards to money management and capital preservation..

I'm no expert, but I think these are words to live by. (:

So far, I'm doing pretty well at money management and capital preservation, but I need to get a lot better at controlling my emotions. Until I do, I'll keep my trades few and pretty far between.
