Oh, you poor dear! You missed listening to the Platters, Elvis and "Blue Moon" while you stood their looking really awkward on the girls' side of the dance floor waiting for some dweeb, who you wouldn't even look at in math class, to come and ask you to dance. And, of course, the girls were the only ones who could dance. Those poor boys were as awkward and out-of-place as we were.

Ahhh, memories! Thank God I survived my teens!
