We're all waiting for the big Barrick meltdown,...wonder why S@P doesn't downgrade Barrick's bonds?, why don't the counterparty banks tell us Barrick has violated their loan agreements?, why don't Barrick's auditors refuse to sign their financial statements?, why does a ex President of the U.S., and an ex Prime Minister of Canada (ex mining company executive) not resign from the board?

Let's hope the bullion bank counterparties go titties up because then Barrick can refuse to deliver the gold and will receive US$3000 per oz spot price within a year according to the gold nuts.

If the counterparty banks try and sue Barrick to deliver the gold ahead of the contract due date, Barrick will sue them for the balance of the bond principle and interest to maturity, of course if the counterparty banks are bankrupt, they can't deliver, so Barrick keeps the gold to sell for big bucks.

Barrick can't lose,...let the banks fail!!!!
