No, I don't think anyone is acting or playing games. People have very different ideas on what the evidence and allegations mean. Some people insist on examining every single aspect with a microscope and then finding an innocent reason to explain away the evidence or allegation. Others try to attribute something very sinister to each and every aspect of the case. And still others try to use some reason, some give-and-take, and examine the case in its entirety, not piecemeal. Depending upon how you view it, you arrive at different conclusions...

If you remember, a certain ex-professional football player, and part-time actor was acquitted of murder in southern California, despite ample forensic and DNA evidence that pointed at him and only him as the culprit. So this type of debate is neither unprecedented nor unrealistic. It just shows the differences within each of us...
