As I understand it, most dual citizens have 2 passports: one from both countries. In the past, some have used this to their advantage by departing one country as a US national, for example, and presenting their other passport to the officials at their destination.

Thus, the country of destination has no record of an American citizen of that name arriving. (Quite often, the names on the two passports are different as well for a number of legitimate reasons). This is quite useful if there is a request for extradition as the person being sought can claim they are in the country not as a U.S. national but as a citizen of the other country.

Well Matt, you certainly would know more than me.

I always suspected Tony fudge a bit about his worth. True?

Totally agree with you about the passport. That left quite the impression on me, plus the property and cash transfers. The judge was absolutely right not to release Anthony.

Be prepared for a major Expose on a true bona fide turd coming to a site near you.,
Starting On Monday the trial of A@P Vs Mutt tiresome starts, after almost 2 years we will finally resolve who actually did what an d who lied and who is the scumbag.

I am prepared to bet 1000 bucks versus a case of diet cokes, that he is referred for disbarment by the judge.

$ 5000 versus 1000 that he loses my suit against him.

$ 1,000,000 versus 5,000 that he loses his countersuit against me.

I spend my whole life reviewing evidence and making legal conclusions about what is illegal and improper, although I am not an atty, I believe that I have a good understanding of the law and its appliction .

While i am biased towrds our point of view, I can honestly say that I have never ever seen a stronger case in any that i have ever faced in my life.

The NASD was a monster to win , and I thought we had a 75% chance to win that one , if the truth actually mattered.

In this case the truth will be all that matters, and I give it a 99.9% chance if the truth prevails.

Cheers

A@P
Any takers
