PT - Intel's 0.13 micron Pentium 4 has "only" 55 million transistors with a 512KB L2 cache. The 75 million might not allow for a 1 MB L2 cache - but could allow for a larger L1 cache and a 512KB L2 cache.

Patrick,

[Banias] including 75 million transistors

I was looking at that number as well. It could even have 1 MB L2, or 512 and graphics.
