Mr. Breen also didn't repeat contentions he made at a detention hearing for Mr. Elgindy on Friday in San Diego that Mr. Elgindy may have had prior knowledge of the Sept. 11 attacks. Those contentions -- based on Mr. Elgindy's dual Egyptian and U.S. citizenship, his travels to the Middle East and the fact that he had tried to liquidate his children's $300,000 fund Sept. 10 -- were assailed by Mr. Elgindy's lawyer as "racial profiling."

It sure did not take long for his lawyer to use the standard and very worn out race card defense tactic....

BearDown has indicated that they had a romantic relationship.

I remember a Sopranos episode from the first year where they were tipped off about an investigation and I believe an upcoming arrest.

They went through the house gathering up documents and property so that they could hide all of it. They ended up hiding some of the stuff at the nursing home and had meetings at the nursing home.

I wonder what went on in that household when Elgindy got the arrest fax that he left in the machine :-)

I had wondered if the two FBI arrested agents did not have some sort of love affair or something... Though not stated, the possibility is now wide open for speculation...

lol, yes I wondered the same thing. And it seems to have been confirmed.

Some women do really really stupid stuff when they're in love. Of course, some men do, too.
