I sure have noticed, and as a former critic of AMZN I'm starting to see the light.
For me personally I hate to go to malls where all the parking is taken up by big SUV's driven by drivers who don't even know how to park them. And, I hate standing in line. Standing in line is a waste of anyones productive time.IMOP.

Amazon.com built its business selling books, compact discs, toys and even laptop computers. Now, it's looking to serve up dinner, too.

The Seattle-based Internet retailer has started posting -- at no cost -- restaurant menus and catalogs from medical suppliers, auto parts dealers and other merchants on its Web site.

The pilot program, launched May 22, is to test customer interest in such services, said Carrie Peters, an Amazon spokeswoman. She didn't want to speculate on whether Amazon might offer to host transactions for such merchants or provide other services.
