my guess is that europe and asia will show incremental increases for orcl prior to the U.S. increase. i think this will be the surprise for this and the next couple of quarters. along with a weaker dollar this will help all large multi-national companies.

it appears that non-U.S. companies are embracing the internet before U.S. companies. real interesting if the country that started the internet is falling behind.

Declining dollar should cause long end of the yield curve to rise, thereby making equities and earnings less attractive on an NPV basis.
