my guess is that europe and asia will show incremental increases for orcl prior to the U.S. increase. i think this will be the surprise for this and the next couple of quarters. along with a weaker dollar this will help all large multi-national companies. it appears that non-U.S. companies are embracing the internet before U.S. companies. real interesting if the country that started the internet is falling behind. rocky.
