"Bears Inside 05/31/02 12:59 PM EDT Argus Vickers reports that the latest weekly insider figures showed a ratio of 4.18. That's corporate insiders selling 4.18 shares for every one bought. This is the most bearish reading since August 1986 and is also the 20th straight week of heavy selling. Most noteworthy here is the persistence of selling by insiders for this entire year. This alone argues strongly against any resumption of a sustainable bull market -- quite the opposite. From Chartcraft."
