Consorte ASA signs three-year IT services agreement with Hewlett-Packard

May 30, 2002 (NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT via COMTEX) -- The Norwegian telephony and
network solutions provider Consorte ASA said today (30 May) that it had entered
into a three-year agreement with Hewlett-Packard (formerly Compaq Computer
Norway).

Under the agreement Hewlett-Packard would take over the operation of Consorte's
IT production platform in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

At the same time the parties entered into an application service provider
agreement with TeleComputing as subcontractor, Consorte said.

The value of the agreement was not disclosed.
