How that happened was that a fellow who was renting part of the house got shot in a mugging while walking out the back door. The police were more interested in searching the house than chasing the shooter. I got fined for not having an occupancy permit for my satellite dish. I wasn't trying to live in it but it was on a post, sunk in concrete and that's enough to be called a footing.

I must make a hair appnt just in case. And get a new outfit.. LOL! Absolutely! Forget the orange netting...we have priorities! Aren't you amazed at how cool some people look when the cameras show up? The flood waters are rising, the hurricane winds are ablowin, and there's a woman talking to the press with the cutest, little rain slicker, matching boots and perfectly brushed hair tied up in a ribbon. Sure! That's the way she looked minutes ago when she was bailing out the basement!
