Well RichNorth, we need to succeed and need to ensure that this Administration succeeds in the War on Terrorism. If not then we can kiss off the concept of "American Dream". I am not a registered Republican, nor did I vote for Bush. But none the same he is part of US's war on terrorism and hence he and all of us need to succeed. I am sure you have the same sentiments also.

Now if we find he and his team is incapable in winning that war, then our democratic system has a way of shortening that pain for us. But for that we have to endure two more years. But in the meantime I sure do hope that if the Democrats do win in Nov '02, then they co-operate with the Prez to win this war. The situation is really tough out there. We had agreed to pay 30 mil for Osama. But I guess that in a terrorists' world money is not all that they want. Their is a much larger binding force, maybe religion. And that is why he and others such as Mullah Omar could escape. I seriously think that similar to WWII,, the US, EU and the Russian troops should move their troops as they did in Germany then. This time it should be into Pakistan, where they all are concentrated. The Pakistani army is not to be relied for doing the job for us. The US aid to Pakistan is a ransom being paid to them, IMO.
