as I understand this investment was made many years ago and held up. It was the kind same thing as the North or South Carolina coast for large gas reserves, where Mobil and others bought rights to drill and Paid... many years ago and only last year got their money back by going through the court system....

This was started long before Bush's... I was trying to get John going with Fl. conservatives. ha
Do think the timing looks questionable.

In regards to Florida leases, if they aren't allowed to drill, the companies shouldn't be stuck with the cost of the lease.
