I don't know what Janice uses but some states have the information online. For example, if one wanted to know who Elgindy was transferring assets to based on the grantor/grantee index one could use the following search engine:

kepler.ss.ca.gov

I just did a search for the website at Whois. That popped up the information for the company.

How do you do that search for LLCs?
