Thanks, I was looking for the page reference so that I could see the context.

I found it...Page 68. It's written in the context of taking positions for duration of bull and bear markets, not swing trading or day trading. And reading it, I'm hard pressed to take anything away from it that means that wiggles are any less valid a way to make money than swinging or buying/selling and holding. There is "sitting" to be done in all methods, regardless of time frame, that have low risk entry with a disciplined approach to targets, plans or sitting for the duration of whatever move a particular method may seek to exploit. That's the way I read it, anyway. :)

A fantastic book, if anyone's not read it.
