Well the stock continues to print new multiyear lows, so I'm not sure anyone is being too pessimistic. Doing well is a function of where one gets in and where one gets out.

I view this as a speculative survival (possibly takeover) play and consequently I wouldn't hold it as a LTBH. If there's a summer/fall rally though it could be a decent 4-5 month play. The fact that it's approaching my $3.25 buy target so quickly (I thought it'd be later in June) is giving me pause. I find it scary how far it's fallen in such a short time. A rational analysis of the price action would suggest the company will not survive as an independent. Acquisition by a strong suitor is the best hope, as far as I'm concerned.
