That would make a lot of sense. The failure to get the point is what galls me. Legal norms are intact, bureaucratic rules have been changed, that is all. And the reason is that the FBI needs to enhance its intelligence gathering capability, instead of focusing purely on law enforcement. That is the consensus about the failure to react more to red flags.......
