You might add the Attorney General's inane waste of DoJ time and my money to repeal Oregon's democratically decided "Death with Dignity" rule. The AG just decided to take that appeal up to the Ninth Circuit, having lost in district court in Portland on his effort to impose his own twisted vision of the nanny state on we free-thinkers up here in the Pacific Northwest. Ashcroft is worse than a time waster, he's actively working to subvert what little democracy we have left.
