JACK I know you are trying to cover all bases but I would not think that federal hospitals would have to get state approval IMO but who knows.

Dear Jack, While it may be possible to knock on every V.A. facility, locate the medical director or person who can authorize a purchase, and arrange for training etc. It would be an impossible task for a small company. Recognizing that the V.A. provides a contract that has been negotiated for every site. Each site can then use the contract as the vehicle that supports purchase of the FAST1 System. The electronic catalogue system ECAT and DOD EMALL provide an introduction to the product by connecting with our web site when the contract number is quoted. Pyng still needs to do the marketing but it opens all the doors. A V.A. Contract is in many instances a must before purchases can happen in their system. Funds are allotted from the overall budget for products that are part of the System through a V.A. Contract. It took me almost one year to achieve this so it, in my opinion, is very much worth while and another step forward in the complexity of Military sales.
I trust this helps your understanding
Michael
