Market still in bearish camp since even with reasonably great news on manufacturing, a lot of stocks up strong yesterday on anticipation of todays econ. news are slighty off. We will have to see if additional short covering occurs today. The volume is still light so buyers by in large staying away. My "long" play for today is HON JUL 40 short PUTs. I still think semis are not out of woods. SOX only up 1.6% which is not much above many sectors. I have computer parts suppliers still discounting componets at prices that indicate partial collaspe of some of the Asian computer parts supply chain. Only thing I can conclude is DELL, APPL will definitley fatten margins but unit volumes may be flat to down.
