SEC to OK Settlement with Microsoft

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Securities and Exchange Commission has voted to approve a settlement with Microsoft Corp. that will force the software giant to stop using an accounting technique the agency says can mislead investors, sources told the Washington Post.
