ur taking a long position in the stock at a tiny discount -- that's all.

Not worth much for income and practically no downside protection -- you may as well just buy the shares outright, given the fact you've got no downside protection and are tying yourself to the stock for the whole month.

You should consider how much you earn doing this versus how much you risk -- esp viz. selling only one month versus more time.
