Tony didn't lie in his reports, the CEOs did

I checked a few myself. I saw no lies, no inaccuracies. Please show me where he lied in his reports. Note in his reports that the CEOs did lie.

Who says Tony did extort or pay bribes? Who says the CEOs didn't? The ceos definitely gave shares to promoters to mislead investors with lies.

So tony must look out for the employees of con men when he is outing fraud? Maybe the government shouldn't go after the mob and their boiler rooms because then the guys working the phones and sweeping the boiler room will lose their jobs?
