Thanks Ron. the MSFT monthly chart is really very interesting. It appears that MSFT has potential significant risk down to the much lower levels over the next few years. But also since this is a monthly interval timeframe, we could be basing for a rally back to the descending trendline, near 67-70. As you know Companies are valued and trade according to their intrinsic value over the longer term. It remains to be seen if S&P's really adheres and stays with their reformulated approach to calculating operating earnings for their S&P PE ratios. John
