With all due respect, you seem to have that pretty head in the sand. You are basically saying the "ends justifies the means." Anyone posting has to realize that one is innocent until proven guilty so why waste more time on that. The reality of the justice system is that on all levels, police do not go forward unless they have a very good case. At this level, the FBI and the AG would not go forward unless they felt their case was extremely strong. The embarrassment factor otherwise would probably ruin the FBI.

I don't want to get into a debate with you, but it would seem that your efforts might be best suited to taking what you perceive as the best that this thread has offered and try to reform it. I would suggest that outing scams and management that screws shareholders by working for itself and not the real bosses (shareholders), would be a foremost goal and a goal that I have hoped that these boards would move towards, rather than a vehicle for hype and crap, name calling and ego tilting.

Rather a lot of your effort is spent defending a group of apparent manipulators who boasted uncontrollably when their inside information apparently gave them the winning track. It's not hard to make money if you know tomorrow's news.
