why drooy not down? I was thinking the same thing earlier since I have some drooy, but hgmcy, for example, was making new highs and getting a little ahead of itself while drooy was consolidating. If you look at the IT channel and MA's, they are not too far apart right now. I think they've just evened out their recent moves.

also read somewhere (can't remember where) that perhaps a stronger rand is actually beneficial to DROOY at the moment since they have not finished buying back all their hedges...a stronger rand somehow makes it cheaper for them to do so...

also HGMCY had been outperforming DROOY over last few weeks anyhow. Though HGMCY is hedged against rand strength, as Patron pointed out, I think the strike news may have just started momentum going in one direction, even after the news was resolved....who knows though?
