All right, already! I didn't know you'd been there before! High Tea at the Empress. Ah yes. The first time we went to Victoria, I didn't bring a jacket. Well, a suit type jacket, something sort of formal. We wanted to have high tea at the Empress, so I had to get a jacket. We went to Marks and Spencers. Didn't see anything in sports coat type jackets I particularly liked, so we looked at blazers. I raced a sailboat at the time and figured I might be able to use it at yacht club functions. $300. And I haven't worn it since. :-(
