Jeffries & Co. reiterated buy rating and price target on CCUR: <CCUR: Reit Buy - Target $18, nCUBE disclosed that the Delaware District Court jury unanimously upheld nCUBE`s patent for VOD delivery and found that SeaChange willfully infringed the patent. Management at SeaChange was surprised by the jury`s finding and plans to take a reserve against the awarded damages. We do not expect Concurrent will be involved in the lawsuit due to the following reasons: 1) Concurrent`s VOD systems are based on a different architecture and 2) We believe both nCUBE & ThirdSpace inherited the same technology from Oracle.
