He does not steal from anyone, the money is already burned unfortunately. He simply make sure that the con is in handcuffs. He does not receive money from the con man or the thief. A@P earns his money unlike the con man he turns in. You probably would accuse the U.S. military of stealing from bin Laden. Both are protectors of the innocent. You do not exercise logic Steve.
