"If it had the pathetic performance reported by PC Magazine..." that performance is also reported here pcnineoneone.com (scroll down to chart) where AVG failed 14 times out of 15 "Besides, how are they going to sell their commercial versions if the free version becomes known as ineffective?" they're not, would be my guess. personally, i am not condemning AVG. i view all this as discovery. :)
