That's what the extremist Moslems were saying in the aftermath of 9/11. "Jihad" was the rallying cry of Osama.
Whether all Moslems are agreed on the "Jihad" is a different matter. To be sure, there are lots of "moderate" Muslims in the U.S. and elsewhere who may have reservations of sorts. And needless to say, there are always inscrutable ones.............

By the way, in video tapes of Osama aired after the first one, Osama insisted that the Jihad was particularly against the Jews and their supporters.
