I honestly do not recall banning her.

As to the whole matter, let me repeat what I said to you before: Given her emotionality and any set of rules, getting her to commit a bannable offense would be a piece of cake.

And thames? That post she produced was to HIM, not to ME.

I have exactly the same memory-- backed up by the ICQ exchanges about it. X told me she was unable to post something, that she had gotten the message and was surprised to be banned.
Later she was able to post. There is no doubt in my mind that something happened-- either a brief ban, or a glitch.
