You are right. Most 15 year olds aren't required to pass a Series 7 and 63 and have their research approved by at least one other employee with the requisite NASD/NYSE-approved qualifications and, depending on the situation, one or more lawyers. Yet, in both cases, the respective end products can appear to fail miserably at meeting regulatory standards.
